Prior to joining Infravision, Paul had over 32 years experience in Aviation with Qantas Airways, as Head of Engineering and a Senior Executive leading the Engineering and Maintenance division, with a focus on leading large teams in complex environments. Paul was the Accountable Manager responsible for the airworthiness, safety and quality alongside commercial outcomes of  Engineering and Maintenance activities and staff across the globe including in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

Paul joined Infravision in 2020 to build out the operational division and scale the business globally. Paul was responsible for incorporating and launching Infravision in both the USA and India.

Paul is Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), holds a Master of Science and Technology (UNSW), was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAES) in 2020, and in 2025 was appointed as a member of the Aviation Safety Advisory Panel reporting to the CEO/Director of Aviation Safety for the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) of Australia.
