Ted Moore brings more than 15 years of General Counsel experience to Infravision, with a focus on public-market readiness and on integrating legal, strategic, and operational priorities. Most recently, Ted served as EVP General Counsel of Nine Energy Service, leading the company's IPO on the NYSE, building its public-company governance and compliance functions, and overseeing its global IP portfolio and product distribution network across the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.

Prior to Nine, Ted served as EVP and General Counsel at C&J Energy Services, where he led the company's IPO on the NYSE, supported its multi-year expansion across North America, the Middle East, and Latin America, and built its public-company governance and compliance functions. He started his career at Vinson & Elkins in Houston, Texas, representing clients in corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions, and governance matters. Ted holds a J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University.
